This is the recipe from the Detox Yoga Workshop:

5 cups spinach

2 cup organic apple juice

1 cup orange juice 

1/2 squeezed lemon

1 teaspoon bee pollen

1 teaspoon cacao nibs

1  teaspoon Maca Powder

1 teaspoon Goji Berries

1/2  teaspoon spirulina powder

1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs

1  teaspoon Chia seeds

1 tablespoon agave nectar

1  frozen banana

1 cup frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango, guava, strawberries, melon)

 

Blend juice and spinach on high for 30 seconds or until bright green and smooth. Then add all of the other ingredients. You may have stop the blender and push the vegetables down so they blend completely, or if you have a vitamix, use the wand to push the leaves down. You can also add more juice for a thinner consistency. *I also like to swap Orange Juice for Coconut Water. Or if you want a thick milkshake consistency, you can add almond milk instead of the juice *
