I’m kinda sad it’s our last day of the #selfKINDNESSproject. I’ve loved seeing your posts and emails about how you’re taking care of yourself!

If you want to keep going and dive deeper,
join me for the SELF LOVE LAB,
my sweet 3-week online course
to inspire you to get grounded,
embody self-kindness and
attune to your inner wisdom.

See below for a special thank you
for being part of this challenge.

ok friend, let’s get to today’s challenge!
It’s more of an intention, really, to give yourself
compassion and allow for more self-kindness
and gentleness towards yourself.

One of my students in my signature program
SOUL SCHOOL shared that he asks himself:

What would someone who truly loved themselves say to themselves right now?

For me, this mantra was a GAME CHANGER!

Today, notice when your itty-bitty-shitty-committee starts to second-guess and doubt yourself, looping you into a negative story of how you’re not doing enough and not good enough.

Asking yourself this question immediately shifts you from comparison and judgment to compassion and self-kindness.

Repeat your new mantra anytime you come across doubt, fear, scarcity mindset, or any negative feeling about yourself to give yourself grace.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

We can be so hard on ourselves! Our itty-bitty-shitty-committee will drag us down into a shame spiral recounting all of things we should have done, how we could have shown up better, where we’re lacking in our life and how we’re not enough.

In tough times, you don’t need to be harder on yourself.
You need to give yourself grace.

Giving yourself permission to be kinder to yourself also has a ripple effect so you can be kinder to others. By changing ourselves and how we treat ourselves, you inspire others to do the same.

I think we can all agree that our world could use a lot more kindness.

By being kinder to yourself, you become the change you want to see in the world.
