Mix together in large bowl:

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup coconut

1 cup rice krispies

2 cups flour

Mix together in large bowl, whisk until smooth:

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup oil

1/2 butter (softened)

2 eggs room temp

– add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well, make sure all the flour is mixed well, no dry spots

– form cookies into balls, or use medium cookie scoop, make tight balls or pack the scoop tight otherwise the cookies will come out flat

– bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. remove from oven when they seem just a bit underdone.

– let sit on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes, remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
